LIOU initiates modification in the legislation on building risks

The league of the insurance organizations of Ukraine (LIOU) suggests making to the current legislation of change concerning insurance of construction risks.

" The insurance policy is a guarantee for the western investor. At us it is turned out some offers connected with introduction of such insurance at all stages of civil and erection works, and also with the subsequent support of already constructed objects ", - he told.

A.Filonjuk has noted, that in the countries of the European Union insure 100 % of objects, and the insurance is an indispensable condition for the beginning works, in Russia - about 7 % (80 % from which fall to Moscow and St.-Petersburg), in Ukraine - less than 1 %.

" In conditions of preparation for carrying out of the Championship of the Europe on football of 2012 such insurance gets special value. The foreign investor without a guarantee will not invest, and for Euro-2012 $126 billion, т is required nearby. е. Almost four annual state budgets of Ukraine which the Europe is ready to give, but under corresponding{meeting} guarantees ", - A.Filonjuk has emphasized.

He brought a focus to basic positions which realization will allow to deduce this direction of insurance in priority in the near future. To them, in opinion of president LIOU, concern introduction of special conditions at reception of allowing documents - obligatory presence of an insurance policy, technical and legal examination of projects, support and settlement of arising questions.
